For a 1.5 lakh army personnel even after 6 th pay what should be gross annual sale from CSD canteens ?

i wonder many a people outside the armed forces have an idea about the exponential sale figures from the CSD canteens . It is still growing at the sped of light and definitely impact the VAT collections by the centres . Why the people in power and the audit auth in specific is not questioning such phenomenal growth in sales from CSD canteens . Hazard no guess. It is the auditing authorities , the CDA STAFF AND THEIR CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES are themselves part of the LOOT.
