How is my pokemon team?

I'll start with Arcanine, I would change roar for flamethrower, and change odor sleuth for bite. Umbreon confuse ray for dark pulse, or faint attack, instead of protect teach him physic, teach him shadow ball over wish, Starmie is perfect except thunderbolt over thunder. Dragonite should learn wing attack or fly over dragon dance, dragon dance takes to long to set up, Lucario is fine. Venusaur should learn frenzy plant or petal dance and leech seed.
