Thoughts about suicide.?
You need a new counselor. You don't have anything 'wrong' with you, but you have issues you need to work through. Anti-depressant meds would help. I know depression. Believe me, but when I am on my medicine I feel ok and able to participate in life. Try keeping a list or journal of positive things about yourself and things you appreciate. For instance, I said to myself today, I love how quiet the world gets when there is snow. I like how because I am plump I can handle cold well. I try to think of all the little things I would miss if I were gone. Babies laughing, chocolate, sappy movies, fuzzy socks. I hope you find some help soon. You are not alone.
