So, I'm trying something new starting this week. I'm doing a liquid diets on Mondays, which for me is tomato soup, vegetable broth, 100% juices and of course lots of water. Then the rest of the week, just plan out well balanced low cal meals. Just want some opinions on the liquid diets on Mondays. Also, I make my tomato soup creamy, by adding milk not water, so I'm getting a lot of calcium. I'm also going to allow myself to eat a little more of what I want on the weekends and just scratch out all junk food during the week.
