Should I trade my Bucs QB's for the Redskins QB?

Both teams are incredibly horrible, but do you blame the quarterbacks? A trade proposition has come up, and I was wondering... Should I trade two Josh's for a Jason? In other words... Josh Freeman and Josh Johnson for Jason Campbell? I know Freeman and Johnson can't play at the same time. Is this a good trade?
