How do I get FEAR platinum collection to work?

From the platinum collection, I installed both the original FEAR and FEAR: Extraction Point, however, when I try to run FEAR, I am notified by my Trend Micro Antivirus that the game was blocked from accessing other files for security measures (a "High" threat). The game menu still comes up, but when I try to play single player, the game loads, and upon reaching 100% reverts back to the menu claiming "invalid game ets". I formerly owned a copy of the original FEAR and had no such problems, so I suspect it to involve my Antivirus. I attempted to set it to ignore the game, but the Antivirus literal ignores this and blocks it anyways. If it is my Antivirus causing this, how would I go about fixing it, or if not, then what else could be the problem?
