Do you know if this is a good price?

My friend is selling me his xbox 360 with a 60 gb drive add-on,tomb raider underworld,kung fu panda and indiana jones,fallout 3, army of 2,guitar hero world tour and guitar hero 3 with guitar and mic,gears of war,wireless controller and a wired controller for about 100-120 bucks and its only about 7 months old.
