Have problem viewing in fullscreen in my pc help please?

i just need a little help with my pc... everytime i tried to watch anything in fullscreen it would stay for a couple of minutes in full screen and would return back to normal screen. i have to press full screen everytime which is getting annoying. everything i watch is like this IE, wmp, anything please help thanks
