How much is the consultation fee in UST hospital and Orthopedic Hospital in banawe?

I would like to consult about my knee, i already had an xray and they say it has n0 prob but the problm is not the bones, but the ligaments. I also want to ask 4 a med certificate to allow me to transfer P.E . How much is the consultation fee for these two hospitals? I need SURE answers. tnx
