I don't like high school boys?

I love having boys as friends, but for some reason I find lots of the boys at my school to be jerks. I'm new this year, and maybe I'm not making enough of an effort or something. I've always found older guys (not gross old) to be more attractive anyway, but I'm a young junior and I feel it would be weird to date them. The boys in my grade are just really immature, rude to teachers, to girls, etc. I don't want to come off as condescending or anything. I'd like to be friends with boys, like I was at my old school. Obviously, anyone would tell me to find the boys that are worthwhile, but there don't seem to be any. I don't know people from other schools because I just moved here. I'm not socially retarded; this school is just completely different from my other one. Any thoughts?
