PHOBIA of needles, please help!?

When they go to give you your shot dont look at the needle. Also try to think of somethiong positive and happy and before you know it there all done. Im scared of needles myself i dont mind watching other people getting shots or having there blood drawn but when it comes to me i cant watch it and have a hard time with it. Good luck!
