Since it is OK to say that President Bush ignored the warning signs of 9/11, is it OK to say that President?

ok here is a news flash for you. bush did NOT ignore the warnings it was clinton and if you did just a little digging you would realize this. poor bush wasn't even in office a year when 9/11 happened and it was being planned by the terrorists long before bush was elected. so if you want to continue to blame bush for the attack how about blame him for keeping your @ss safe since 9/11.
