Why do heroes like OJ and Tiger always getting targeted?

Why are people always out to get them. They are heroes who bring honor to the country and to their sports but people like their money-hungry wives and the press always attack them. Nicole and Goldman had big heads and got themselves killed and Tiger is one of the best golfers ever, he can sleep with as many women as he wants. Yet people insist on making pedophiles like MJ a hero.
